Eyelash Policies

Booking Fee

Depending on the service, a $25-$50 non-refundable booking fee is due at the time of booking an appointment. This booking fee is 100% non-refundable-no exceptions. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your service. Your booking fee is due the same day of booking your appointment or your appointment will be offered to someone else. Booking Fees are non-transferrable to other services. Booking Fees that are not used or rebooked (client must have active appointment scheduled) will expire 6 months after the scheduled appointment. ​​​

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule your service. Please understand that such changes affect not only our service providers, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule or cancel any appointment, we require at least 72 hour notice or you will forfeit your booking fee and be required to make another $25-$50 booking fee before booking another appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your lash fill and do not give a 72 hour notice, the client will be asked to pay for the missed appointment.

Lash Fills

Lash Extension Fills must be completed within 2-3 weeks of the previous appointment to avoid an upcharge. We recommend that you schedule your next fill before you leave the studio. If you do not schedule your fill within the required weeks, and an extended fill is necessary, an additional charge may apply. If you go more than 3 weeks between fills, and/or arrive with less than 50% lash retention you will pay full price again. If you need to reschedule and can not get in within 3 weeks, you will pay full price again. Please understand rescheduling your lash fill is subject to availability. If you reschedule your lash fill appointment and do not give a 72 hour notice, you will be asked to pay for the missed appointment.


If more than 50% of your lashes are missing or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes and client will need to pay the full set price.
2 Week Fills: No more than 30% loss of initial set
3-4 Week Fills: No more than 50% loss of initial set
5+ Week Fills: You will need a new full set of lashes. Even if you have lashes left, lashes need maintenance at least once a month to ensure your lashes are healthy and do not have any damage or grown out lashes that need removed. We will have to remove lashes that have grown out.


No-shows will be charged the full amount for the service, AND you will not be able to book another appointment without the booking fee and payment in full. ​


To avoid unfair delays to other clients, please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We cannot assure that you will be seen if you are 10 or more minutes late for your appointment. Late arrivals are subject to being cancelled and booking fee will be forfeited. An additional booking fee will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late. Please understand that the services need their allocated time to get the best results. We cannot rush or cut corners. Please familiarize yourself with our location HERE. Please respect our time and our desire for the full-allotted time to make our clients beautiful!


Please arrive to your appointment with lashes completely free and clean of and makeup.  Eyes must be clean and oil free upon arrival otherwise we will charge a $15 makeup removal fee. We are unable to properly adhere semi-permanent lash extensions on individual lashes that have makeup/residue buildup and in more serious, but rare cases, it can lead to irritation and infection.

Existing Lashes

We are extremely selective when working over existing lashes and other lash artists' work. If you currently have lash extensions done by another artist, we request that you notify us for approval BEFORE your appointment booking. ( In your email, please include the date of your last fill as well as the type of extensions that you currently have. 


Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent prior to their appointment. 


Please, no children in the studio. Don't get us wrong, everyone who works here has children. We LOVE kids. But for liability reasons, children can not be left unattended. Therefore, we ask that no children attend appointments. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule an appointment in the event children are present or left unsupervised in which case our cancellation policy would apply.
