Permanent Jewelry Policies

All Permanent Jewelry (PMJ) sales are final, no exceptions. 


We are not liable or responsible if your permanent jewelry gets caught on anything and breaks off. Please understand that permanent jewelry is designed to last but it is not indestructible. Unforeseen accidents happen from time to time that can damage or break the jewelry. If your jewelry comes loose or falls off within 7 days of being welded on, we will re-weld your jewelry at no cost. If this occurs after 7 days, there will be a small re-welding fee of $20. If you need your jewelry removed and re-welded for medical procedures, we will absolutely re-weld it for you. There is a small re-welding fee of $20.

If you wish for us to properly cut off your permanent jewelry for you, there will be a cut off charge of $10. 


At the conclusion of your appointment and once your jewelry is secured, we will have you sign off stating that your jewelry has gone through a welding inspection, that the weld is secure, the chain is not broken, and the sizing is correct. 


Michiana Microblading is not responsible for lost, broken, stolen or misplaced jewelry. If there is not a physical chain to re-weld or repair, there will be no exchanges or replacements. 


PMJ located on the ankle(anklet) and around the neck(necklace) are more likely to get snagged, stretch, or break. PMJ worn in these locations are worn at the client’s own risk and expense. If jewelry in these locations are snagged, stretched or broken, the jewelry can be re-welded for a fee ($20), but we are not able to guarantee the jewelry once it is broken. 


If jewelry breaks, we are unable to lengthen the jewelry. If the broken jewelry is not able to be used, a new piece will need to be purchased. In general, chains can be shortened, they cannot be lengthened. 


Jewelry provided by the client from a previous service not rendered at Michiana Microblading is not guaranteed and will be re-welded on a case-by-case basis. The client understands that results are not guaranteed and jewelry {including chains, charms, etc.) may be damaged during the re-welding process. 


Appointment Policies
Booking Fee

Depending on the service, a $25-$50 non-refundable booking fee is due at the time of booking an appointment. This booking fee is 100% non-refundable- no exceptions. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your service. Your booking fee is due the same day of booking your appointment or your appointment will be offered to someone else. Booking Fees are non-transferrable to other services. Booking Fees that are not used or rebooked (client must have an active appointment scheduled) will expire 6 months after the scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule your service. Please understand that such changes affect not only our service providers, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule or cancel any appointment, we require at least 72 hour notice or you will forfeit your booking fee and be required to make another $25-$50 booking fee before booking another appointment.



No-shows will be charged the full amount for the service, AND you will not be able to book another appointment without the booking fee and/or payment in full.


Due to the length of this service, to avoid unfair delays to other clients, please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We cannot assure that you will be seen if you are 5 or more minutes late for your appointment. Late arrivals are subject to being canceled and booking fee will be forfeited. An additional booking fee will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late. Please understand that the services need their allocated time to get the best results. We cannot rush or cut corners. Please familiarize yourself with our location prior to your appointment. Please respect our time and our desire for the full-allotted time to make our clients beautiful!



Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent present.


Please, no children in the studio. Don't get us wrong, everyone who works here has children. We LOVE kids. But for liability reasons, children can not be left unattended. Therefore, we ask that no children attend appointments. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule an appointment in the event children are present or left unsupervised in which case our cancellation policy would apply.


I have fully read, acknowledged, and understand the policies listed above and take full financial responsibility if I violate or disrupt any of the stated policies. I understand that this is not a full list of the policies, but I have fully read the policies listed on the website.
