PERMANENT MAKEUP POLICIES
Depending on the service, a $25-$300 non-refundable booking fee is due at the time of booking an appointment. This booking fee is 100% non-refundable-no exceptions. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your service. Your booking fee is due the same day of booking your appointment or your appointment will be offered to someone else. Booking Fees are non-transferrable to other services. Booking Fees that are not used or rebooked (client must have an active appointment scheduled) will expire 6 months after the scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule your service. Please understand that such changes affect not only our service providers, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule or cancel any appointment, we require at least 72 hour notice or you will forfeit your booking fee and be required to make another $100-$200 booking fee before booking another appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your perfecting session and do not give a 72 hour notice, the client will be asked to pay for 50% of the rescheduled or canceled appointment.
Each treatment requires a Perfecting Session which is NOT a part of the initial cost. The Perfecting Session must be completed within required weeks of the original treatment or an additional charge may apply. For best availability, we recommend that you schedule your Perfection Session before you leave the studio or when you schedule your initial session. If you do not schedule your touch up within the required weeks, you will pay full price again. If you need to reschedule and can not get in within 12 weeks, you will pay full price again. Please understand rescheduling your perfecting session is subject to availability. If you reschedule your perfecting session and do not give a 72 hour notice, the client will be asked to pay for 50% of the rescheduled or canceled appointment.
No-shows will be charged the full amount for the service, AND you will not be able to book another appointment without the booking fee and/or payment in full.
To avoid unfair delays to other clients, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment (initial appointment AND perfecting session). We cannot assure that you will be seen if you are 10 or more minutes late for your appointment. Late arrivals are subject to being cancelled and booking fee will be forfeited. An additional booking fee will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late. Please understand that the treatments need their allocated time to get the best results. We cannot rush or cut corners. Please familiarize yourself with our location HERE. Please respect our time and our desire for the full-allotted time to make our clients beautiful!
We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval BEFORE your appointment booking (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please email photos in natural lighting WITHOUT makeup in your brows. We request a full frontal photo as well as side views of each brow. In addition to the photos, in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo and how many sessions you received.
Please, no children in the studio. Don't get us wrong, everyone who works here has children. We LOVE kids. But for liability reasons, children can not be left unattended. Therefore, we ask that no children attend appointments. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule an appointment in the event children are present or left unsupervised in which case our cancellation policy would apply.
Contra-Indications & Limitations
We may require doctor's permission to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. We do not perform treatments on women who are pregnant, or on anyone who is under the age of 18. For your safety, please also let us know if you answer "yes" to any of the "pertinent questions" in the attachments that each client receives before their appointment. Specifically, if you answer "yes" to medications, immune disorders, diseases, blood thinners, keloid scarring, etc. If you fail to notify us of any "yes" answers ahead of time, and we are unable to perform services the day of your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited-no exceptions, please properly prepare for your appointment.
