Pre-care instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute the pigment and lead to poor results.

  • No aspirin, ibuprofen, Aleve or any other blood thinners such as vitamin E or fish oil 5-7 days before the procedure, unless medically necessary. Non-aspirin pain relievers may be taken up to one hour prior to the procedure. IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT discontinue any medications that are prescribed by a physician or doctor without their consent.

  • Absolutely no alcohol & CAFFEINE 24 hours (48 hours is best) prior to the procedure to prevent bleeding.

  • If you have a condition that requires you to take antibiotics before a dental visit, you must check with your doctor to determine if antibiotics are needed for permanent cosmetics.

  • Botox and injections such as Restylane may alter the shape of permanent cosmetics. You must wait at least 4 weeks BEFORE and AFTER getting Botox to do microblading.

  • Skin treatments such as Retin-A that thin the skin in the procedure area must be discontinued for at least 30 days prior to the procedure. Check with your dermatologist about specific medications.

  • Accutane users must discontinue Accutane for at least ONE year.

  • Procedures cannot be performed over fresh sunburns, including those caused by tanning beds, or being in the sun during the summer.  You must wait until the burn heals. If you arrive to your appointment with a sunburn, you will forfeit your deposit.

  • Please avoid waxing or tweezing your eyebrows for two weeks prior to microblading. This is preferred to see how your hair grows naturally. You may come to your appointment with or without makeup. If you fill in your eyebrows, please come to the appointment with them filled in so the technician can see the color and shape that you are use to.

  • When you schedule your appointment, please note that you will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle.

  • If you are going on vacation, schedule accordingly.

  • Chemical peels and all other invasive or non invasive facials must be done 4 weeks prior.

  • You may not have any eczema, blemishes, or any other skin conditions on or around your eyebrows.

We may require doctor's permission to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. We do not perform treatments on women who are pregnant, or on anyone who is under the age of 18. If you are a nursing mom, please contact us for more information.

You will forfeit your deposit if you arrive to the salon sick (viral, bacterial, coughing, etc.). If you are sick, please contact me ASAP to reschedule.

For safety and liability, we do NOT allow anyone else in the treatment room besides the technician and client.
