TRAINING POLICIES

Payment:

A $1000 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. Please note: your seat for the class is not held until your deposit is received. This deposit is 100% non-refundable-no exceptions. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to class.   If the remaining balance is not received by that date, late fees will apply") Please understand that we do require 30 days notice of cancellation of your registration, no exceptions. Deposits may be applied to the next scheduled class (1 time transfer), based on availability, with at least 30 days notice of cancellation. Out of courtesy to other students and to our instructors, if you foresee any issues with attending training on the dates you have committed to, please let us know as soon as possible. Bottom line: if you are not able to attend the training, let us know as soon as you can.
